Overview of Plan Costs for 2024
What does this mean for me? For employee-only coverage, you will see a modest increase in your monthly premium from .6% to .65% of your monthly salary. For dependent coverage, see page 6 of the Benefits Summary.
This premium increase will not completely cover the expected costs for 2024. To fully cover the costs, the College will use some of our reserves to reduce the impact on payroll deductions.
Open Enrollment Choices
You only need to take action if you are making changes or want to enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA).

Enroll in or make changes to your medical and dental enrollment.

Elect or increase Supplemental Life and AD&D insurance by either $10,000 or $20,000

Enroll in Dependent Care and/or Health flexible spending accounts (FSAs) for 2024 by visiting naviabenefits.com. Register as a plan participant and use the employer code "WMN." Your employee ID number is your social security number. Even if you had an FSA this year, you must re-enroll every year.

Enroll in AFLAC or make changes to your existing AFLAC plan by contacting Reece Wilson, Benefits Advisor at reece_wilson@us.aflac.com

Information sessions
Join us for an overview of all benefits with a joint presentation and Q&A with Human Resources and our broker, Parker, Smith & Feek. Virtual sessions will be held on Tuesday, November 21 at 4:00 p.m. or Wednesday, November 29, at 8:00 a.m.
